Blood Sugar Diary for Diabetes by MedM is a mobile app designed to simplify blood sugar tracking and monitoring at home or on the go. The application has a clean and intuitive interface and works with or without registration. This mobile glucose diary can be used to log blood sugar data manually or to collect it automatically from over 50 connected glucose meters via Bluetooth. Users decide if they want to keep their health data on their smartphone only, or additionally back it up to MedM Health Cloud.

The app is freemium, with all basic functionality available to all users. Premium Members, additionally, can sync select data types with other ecosystems (Apple, Google, Garmin, Fitbit), share access to their health data with other trusted MedM users (such as family members or caregivers), set up notifications for reminders, thresholds, and goals, as well as receive exclusive offers from MedM partners.

MedM Diabetes syncs with the following brands of blood sugar meters: AndesFit, Betachek, Contec, Contour, Foracare, Genexo, i-SENS, Indie Health, Kinetik Wellbeing, Mio, Oxiline, Roche, Rossmax, Sinocare, TaiDoc, TECH-MED, Tyson Bio, and more. Full list of supported devices can be found here.

Note from MedM: in 2024 Google deprecated Google Fit and replaced it with Health Connect as the central hub for sharing data between Android apps. While the transition is scheduled to be fully completed by mid-2025, many users have already lost the ability to directly sync their data with Google Fit. Please see MedM's blod post for more info and data migration instructions.
