ForaCare Diamond CUFF BP Mobile Companion App for iOS and Android
The FORA® P80 Blood Pressure Monitor supports Bluetooth data transmission, enabling seamless integration with the MedM Health Diary app for iOS and Android. The monitor measures systolic and diastolic blood pressure as well as pulse rate, with results automatically transferred to the app for tracking and analysis. Data can also be stored securely in MedM Health Cloud, allowing remote access and long-term record-keeping.
Through the MedM Health Diary app, users can organize their blood pressure readings, attach notes to measurements, and observe trends. All information stored in MedM Health Cloud is encrypted and safeguarded against unauthorized access or loss. The app also provides options to set up reminders for regular blood pressure monitoring.
MedM Premium Membership unlocks additional capabilities, including synchronization with Apple Health and Google Health Connect, secure health data sharing with trusted individuals, and custom notifications for readings that exceed set thresholds.

How to Connect ForaCare Diamond CUFF BP with MedM App
- Open the app menu -> select My Devices -> tap Add Device
- Press and hold the button at the top of the unit to initiate the Bluetooth mode -> a blue indicator will flash and the letters PCL will appear on the display
- Once the Fora Diamond CUFF BP is discovered - select it, configure device settings, and tap Add to My Devices
- Upon successful pairing a corresponding popup will appear
- The paired Fora Diamond CUFF BP meter will be listed on the My Devices screen
- Make a measurement on the BPM to collect new data in the app
Please note that the app has to be running in foreground or background (configurable in settings) to receive new readings from the Fora Diamond CUFF BP.
