The FORA® TN’G Scale 550 is a Bluetooth-enabled digital weight scale designed for convenient weight tracking. It is compatible with the MedM Health Diary app for iOS and Android, where readings can be stored, monitored over time, and securely backed up in MedM Health Cloud for long-term access and remote monitoring.
The scale features a large, easy-to-read display and a sturdy platform designed to accommodate users of various body types.
Within the MedM Health Diary app, weight readings can be logged alongside other 20+ health metrics, and users can add notes for additional context. All data stored in MedM Health Cloud is encrypted and protected from unauthorized access. The app also allows users to set reminders for regular weight tracking.
MedM Premium Membership provides additional features, including synchronization with Apple Health and Google Health Connect, secure health data sharing with trusted users, and custom alerts for readings that exceed set thresholds.

How to Connect ForaCare Test N' Go 550 with MedM App
- Open the app menu -> select My Devices -> tap Add Device
- Press and hold the "SET" button on the weight scale for 5 seconds until the Bluetooth symbol starts flashing on its screen
- Once the Fora Test N' Go 550 is discovered by the app - configure device settings, and tap Add to My Devices
- Upon successful pairing a corresponding popup will appear
- The paired Fora Test N' Go 550 unit will be listed on the My Devices screen
- Make a measurement on the Fora Test N' Go 550 smart scale to collect new data in the app
Please note that the app has to be running in foreground or background (configurable in settings) to receive new readings from the Fora Test N' Go 550.
