ForaCare Test N'Go SpO2 Pulse Oximeter Mobile App for iOS and Android
The FORA® TN’G SPO2 Pulse Oximeter measures oxygen saturation (SpO2) and pulse rate. Readings can be automatically transferred via Bluetooth to the MedM Health Diary app for iOS and Android and, optionally, be backed up to MedM Health Cloud. The meter features a comfortable rubber finger sensor for secure placement during measurements. A rotating LCD screen ensures clear result visibility from multiple angles.
Within the MedM Health Diary app, users can track their SpO2 and pulse rate history, add notes to readings, and monitor trends. All data stored in MedM Health Cloud is encrypted and protected from unauthorized access. The app also supports setting reminders for scheduled oxygen saturation checks.
MedM Premium Membership provides additional features, including synchronization with Apple Health and Google Health Connect, secure health data sharing with trusted users, and custom alerts for readings that exceed set thresholds.

How to Connect ForaCare Test N'Go SpO2 with MedM App
- Open the app menu -> select My Devices -> tap Add Device
- Put a finger into the Test N'Go SpO2 meter
- Once the Fora Test N'Go SpO2 is discovered by the app - select it, configure device settings, and tap Add to My Devices
- Upon successful pairing a corresponding popup will appear
- The paired Fora Test N'Go SpO2 will be listed on the My Devices screen
- Make a measurement on the Fora Test N'Go SpO2 unit to collect new data in the app
Please note that the app has to be running in foreground or background (configurable in settings) to receive new readings from the Fora Test N'Go SpO2.
