Masimo MightySat™ Mobile App for iOS and Android
MightySat® by Masimo is marketed as the first and only FDA-cleared over-the-counter (OTC) fingertip pulse oximeter for medical use that is available to users without a prescription. This pulse oximeter is integrated with MedM health monitoring platform and works with the MedM Health Diary app. Readings can be automatically captured from this Masimo meter and saved to the user's smartphone or tablet and, optionally, backed up to the MedM Health Cloud. The collected SpO2 and pulse rate measurements can then be securely shared with trusted individuals, such as family members, doctors, and caregivers. Please note that some premium features of the Health Diary require a paid subscription.
Users maintain full control over their health data and can at any time export the collected MightySat™ measurements history as a file (availablein the basic app version), start to and stop sharing (requires a subscription) or altogether delete it. All data in MedM Health Cloud is stored encrypted and cannot be accessed by MedM or any unauthorised party. Via the MedM Health diary app, the recorded MightySat™ measurements history can be synced with Apple Health and Google Fit (also a premium feature).
Users can set reminders to help manage their health monitoring schedules and configure thresholds to receive push or email notifications when readings collected from the Masimo pulse ox are too high or too low for the set norm.

How to Connect Masimo MightySat™ with MedM App
- Open the app -> from the Tab Bar select Devices -> tap the "+" button to start Bluetooth discovery
- Start making a measurement on the MightySat™ meter
- Once the sensor is dicovered - tap on it in the app
- Upon successful pairing a corresponding popup will appear
- The paired MightySat™ will be listed on the Devices screen
- Tap the "+" button in the Oxygen Saturation history screen to collect data from MightySat™
- Tape the "Done" button to stop and save a measurement
