TECH-MED HW-FIT001 Mobile App for iOS and Android
The TECH-MED HW-FIT001 weight scale is capable of providing as many as 12 body composition parameters in a measurement, including muscle, fat, and bone content, protein, BMI, BMR, body age, fat-free weight, degree of obesity, and others. This smart body weight scale by TECH-MED is integrated with the MedM Health Diary app.
Readings can be automatically captured from the HW-FIT001 unit and saved to the user's smartphone or tablet and, optionally, backed up to MedM Health Cloud. The collected TECH-MED HW-FIT001 body weight measurements can then be securely shared with trusted individuals, such as family members and doctors.
Users maintain full control over their health data and can at any time export the collected TECH-MED HW-FIT001 measurements history as a file, start to and stop sharing their MedM health record, or altogether delete it. All data collected in MedM Health Cloud is stored encrypted and cannot be accessed by MedM or any unauthorised party. With the help of MedM Health app, the recorded TECH-MED HW-FIT001 measurements history can be synced with Apple Health and Google Fit.
Users can set goals and reminders to better manage their weight monitoring programs.

How to Connect TECH-MED HW-FIT001 with MedM App
- Open the app -> from the Tab Bar select Devices -> tap the "+" button to start Bluetooth discovery
- Stand on the HW-FIT001 scale to make a weight measurement and wait for the Bluetooth sign to appear on the unit's display
- Once the HW-FIT001 is discovered by the app - select it, configure device settings, and tap Add to My Devices
- Upon successful pairing a corresponding popup will appear
- The paired HW-FIT001 will be listed on the Devices screen
- Make another measurement on the HW-FIT001 to collect new data in the app
Please note that the app has to be running in foreground or background (configurable in settings) to receive new readings from the HW-FIT001.
