Trividia Health TRUE METRIX® AIR Connected iOS and Android App
The TRUE METRIX® AIR Bluetooth-enabled self monitoring blood glucose meter by Trividia Health is MedM-connected. And while MedM is not sponsored by, affiliated with, or preferred by Trividia Health, the TRUE METRIX® AIR meter can be used with the MedM Health Diary app for blood sugar monitoring. The meter works with the TRUE METRIX® Test Strips. Readings can be automatically captured from the TRUE METRIX® AIR unit and saved to the user's personal MedM health record on their smartphone or tablet. Optionally, data can be backed up to MedM Health Cloud.
The app enables users to set reminders for measurements and medication. Users maintain full control over their health data and can at any time export the collected TRUE METRIX® AIR readings history as a file. All data in MedM Health Cloud is stored encrypted and cannot be accessed by an unauthorised party. Additionally, MedM Premium Members can sync the collected TRUE METRIX® AIR measurements history with Apple and Google connected health ecosystems, set up thresholds, receive notifications, and share access to their data with other trusted users, such as family members, doctors, and caregivers.

How to Connect Trividia Health TRUE METRIX® AIR with MedM App
- Open the app -> from the Tab Bar select Devices -> tap the "+" button to start Bluetooth discovery
- Press the power button (white dot) to turn on the TRUE METRIX® AIR meter
- Once the unit is discovered - click on it and then select TRUE METRIX® AIR from the list, configure device settings, and tap Add to My Devices
- When the popup with system pairing request appears - tap the Pair and Connect button
- Enter the 6-digit PIN-code which is the last six digits of the meter's serial number provided on on the back of the device
- Upon successful pairing a corresponding popup will appear
The paired TRUE METRIX® AIR will be listed on the Devices screen - Make a measurement on the TRUE METRIX® AIR to collect new data in the app
Please note that the app has to be running in foreground or background (configurable in settings) to receive new readings from the TRUE METRIX® AIR.
