Vilibrun BM1585 BPM Mobile App for iOS and Android
The FDA-approved Vilibrun fully automatic upper arm blood pressure monitor (model BM1585) is MedM-connected, meaning that the meter is integrated with the MedM Health Diary app for the optimal blood pressure monitoring experience. Readings can be automatically captured from the 1byone unit and saved to the user's smartphone or tablet and, optionally, backed up to MedM Health Cloud. To support effective blood pressure management, users can set reminders for measurements and medication schedules.
Users maintain full control over their health data and can at any time export the collected Vilibrun BM1585 measurements history as a file. All data in MedM Health Cloud is stored encrypted and cannot be accessed by an unauthorised party. Additionally, MedM Premium Members can sync the collected Vilibrun BM1585 measurements history with Apple and Google connected health ecosystems, set up thresholds and notifications, and share access to their data with other trusted users, such as family members, doctors, and caregivers.

How to Connect Vilibrun BM1585 with MedM App
- When the monitor is off, press and hold the "Start/Stop" button until 2 squares and the Bluetooth symbol start flashing on its screen
- Open the app -> from the Tab Bar select Devices -> tap the "+" button to start Bluetooth discovery
- Once the BM1585 Vilibrun unit is discovered - select it, configure device settings (pick an on-device user ID for data to be imported from), and tap Add to My Devices
- Upon successful pairing a corresponding popup will appear
- The paired BM1585 Vilibrun meter will be listed on the Devices screen
- To collect new data in the app, make a new measurement on the Vilibrun meter. Be sure to select the user ID that was configured during the pairing process so that the data is attributed to the correct health profile in the app
Please note that the app has to be running in foreground or background (configurable in settings) to receive new readings from the Vilibrun BM1585 blood pressure monitor.
