Alcedo ABP-2088-T
The FDA-cleared Bluetooth-enabled upper arm blood pressure monitor Alcedo ABP-2088-T is integrated with the MedM Health Diary app. Readings can be automatically captured from the Alcedo ABP-2088-T meter and saved to the user's personal MedM health record on their smartphone or tablet and, optionally, backed up to MedM Health Cloud. The blood pressure measurements collected from the Alcedo ABP-2088-T unit can then be exported as a file and sent as an attachment via email.
Users maintain full control over their health data and can at any time export the measurements history as a file or altogether delete it. All data in MedM Health Cloud is stored encrypted and cannot be accessed by an unauthorised party. To help manage their blood pressure monitoring activities, MedM users have the option of setting reminders for making measurements and/or taking medication.
Additionally, MedM Premium users can sync the recorded Alcedo ABP-2088-T measurements history with Apple and Google health ecosystems, and share access to their MedM health record with other trusted MedM users (such as their doctor). MedM Premium members can also configure thresholds to receive push or email notifications when blood pressure readings collected from Alcedo ABP-2088-T are above or below the set norm.

How to Connect Alcedo ABP-2088-T BPM Companion App for iOS and Android with MedM App
Pairing Instructions for TMB-2088 Blood Pressure Monitor with Health Diary by MedM App:
- Open the app -> from the Tab Bar select Devices -> tap the "+" button to start Bluetooth discovery
- To enable the pairing mode on the ABP-2088-T unit, press and hold the "MEM" button until the Bluetooth symbol starts flashing
- Once the ABP-2088-T meter is discovered by the app - tap on the image, configure device settings, and then tap Add to My Devices
- Upon successful pairing a corresponding popup will appear in the app and the ABP-2088-T meter will display "Done"
- The paired BPM will be listed on the Devices screen
- Make a measurement on the ABP-2088-T unit to collect new data in the app
Please note that the app has to be running in foreground or background (configurable in settings) to collect data from the Alcedo ABP-2088-T monitor.
