According to A&D, UB-1100BLE is the lightest wireless wrist blood pressure monitor on the market. This compact, light, and wireless wrist BPM is FDA-cleared, CE-marked, and integrated with the MedM Health Diary app. Readings can be automatically captured from the UB-1100BLE and saved to the user's smartphone or tablet and, optionally, backed up to MedM Health Cloud. The collected A&D UB-1100BLE blood pressure measurements can then be securely shared with trusted individuals, such as family members, doctors, and caregivers.
Users maintain full control over their health data and can at any time export the collected A&D UB-1100BLE measurements history as a file, start to and stop sharing or altogether delete it. All data in MedM Health Cloud is stored encrypted and cannot be accessed by MedM or any unauthorised party. Via this MedM blood pressure management app, the recorded A&D UB-1100BLE measurements history can be synced with Apple Health and Google Fit.
Users can set reminders to help manage their health monitoring schedules and configure thresholds to receive push or email notifications when blood pressure readings collected from A&D UB-1100BLE too high or too low for the set norm.

How to Connect A&D Medical UB-1100BLE with MedM App
- Open the app -> from the Tab Bar select Devices -> tap the "+" button to start Bluetooth discovery
- Press the “START/STOP ” button to turn on the monitor, wait for it to finish making a measurement and for the Bluetooth sign to start blinking on the meter's LCD
- Once UB-1100BLE is discovered in the app first tap on it, configure device settings, and then tap Add to My Devices
- Upon successful pairing a corresponding popup will appear
- The paired UB-1100BLE will be listed on the Devices screen
- Make a measurement on the UB-1100BLE unit to collect new data in the app
Please note that the app has to be running in foreground or background (configurable in settings) to receive new readings from UB-1100BLE.
