Cofoe CGH25 Blood Glucose Monitor Mobile App for iOS and Android

The CGH25 blood glucose monitor by Cofoe is integrated with the Health Diary app by MedM. The meter delivers blood glucose results in five seconds, it also boasts ketone warning and hematocrit correction technology. The blood glucose level readings can be automatically captured from the CGH25 unit via Bluethooth and saved to the user's personal MedM health record on their smartphone or tablet. Optionally the data can be backed up to the MedM Health Cloud (requires registration). The collected measurements can then be downloaded as a file and sent over email. Additionally, MedM Premium Members can share access to their health records with other trusted trusted MedM users, such as family members and doctors.

Users maintain full control over their health data and can at any time export the collected CGH25 blood glucose measurements history as a file or altogether delete it. All data in MedM Health Cloud is stored encrypted and cannot be accessed by MedM or any unauthorised party. Users of MedM Premium can sync the recorded CGH25 readings with other connected health ecosystems (such as Apple Health and Google's Health Connect), set up thresholds and notifications to help manage their health monitoring efforts.

How to Connect Cofoe CGH25 with MedM App

  • Open the MedM app -> from the Tab Bar select Devices -> tap the "+" button to start Bluetooth discovery
  • Turn on the CGH25 unit
  • Once the meter is discovered - click on it and select CGH25 from the list, configure device settings, and tap Add to My Devices
  • Upon successful pairing a corresponding popup will appear
  • The paired CGH25 will be listed on the Devices screen
  • Make a measurement on the CGH25 to collect new data

Please note that the app has to be running in foreground or background (configurable in settings) to receive new readings from the meter.
