FirstMed 2080 BPM Mobile App for iOS and Android
This TGA-approved digital blood pressure monitor by FirstMed is integrated with the Health Diary app by MedM. Readings can be automatically captured from the FirstMed 2080 unit and saved to the user's smartphone or tablet and, optionally, backed up to MedM Health Cloud. The collected blood pressure measurements can then be securely shared with trusted individuals,such as family members, doctors, and caregivers.
Users maintain full control over their health data and can at any time export the collected FirstMed 2080 measurements history as a file, start to and stop sharing or altogether delete it. All data in MedM Health Cloud is stored encrypted and cannot be accessed by MedM or any unauthorised party. Premium users can sync their FirstMed 2080 measurements history with Apple and Google connected health ecosystems.
It is possible to set reminders to help manage a user's health monitoring schedules and configure thresholds to receive push or email notifications when blood pressure readings collected from their FirstMed unit are too high or too low for the set norm.

How to Connect FirstMed 2080 with MedM App
- Press and hold the "Memory" button on your FirstMed 2080 unit until the Bluetooth icon starts flashing on its screen
- Open the app -> from the Tab Bar select Devices -> tap the "+" button to start Bluetooth discovery
- Once the FirstMed 2080 monitor is discovered - select it, configure device settings (pick a user ID for data to be imported from), and tap Add to My Devices
- Upon successful pairing a corresponding popup will appear
- The paired FirstMed 2080 will be listed on the Devices screen
- To collect new data in the app make a new measurement on the FirstMed 2080 meter with the user ID set on pairing
Please note that the app has to be running in foreground or background (configurable in settings) to receive new readings from the FirstMed 2080 digital blood pressure monitor.
