Garmin FĒNIX® SERIES Compatible Health Diary App for iOS and Android
The FĒNIX® SERIES wearables by Garmin are integrated with the MedM Health Diary app. Readings can be synced from the native Garmin Connect app and saved to the personal MedM health record on the user's smartphone or tablet. Additionally, data is backed up to the MedM Health Cloud. The collected activity, excercise, heart rate, sleep, blood oxygen, respiration rate, and stress data can then be downloaded as a file or securely shared with such trusted individuals as family members, caregivers, coaches, and trainers.
Users maintain full control over their health data and can at any time export the collected Garmin data history as a file, start to and stop sharing, or altogether delete it. All data in MedM Health Cloud is stored encrypted and cannot be accessed by MedM or any unauthorised party.
For the optimal health and wellness monitoring experience, users can set reminders, thresholds, and configure notifications. Please note that data sync with FĒNIX® SERIES devices is only accessible to users with MedM Premium membership. How to Connect Garmin FĒNIX® SERIES with MedM App
Important: Syncing data from Garmin devices requires a MedM Premium Membership (subscription). To begin, sync your FĒNIX® SERIES device with the Garmin Connect app (make sure it is installed on your smartphone), and then follow the steps below to enable syncing with the MedM Health Diary app:
- Open the MedM Health Diary app menu
- Select Data Sync
- Choose Garmin Connect
- Tap the down arrows next to the data types you wish to sync
- Grant the necessary permissions to complete the setup
