The Index™ S2 Smart Scale by Garmin is integrated with the MedM Health Diary app. Readings can be synced from the native Garmin Connect app and saved to the user's MedM personal health record to be stored on their smartphone or tablet and backed up to MedM Health Cloud. The collected readings - including total body weight, BMI, body fat and water %, muscles and bones weight - can then be exported as a file and sent over email. Users can also securely share access to their health record with other trusted MedM users, such as family members, trainers, and caregivers.

Users maintain full control over their health data and can at any time export the collected Index™ S2 measurements history as a file, start to and stop sharing or altogether delete it. All data in MedM Health Cloud is stored encrypted and cannot be accessed by MedM or any unauthorised party. 

For the optimal weight, health & wellness monitoring experience, users can set reminders, thresholds, and configure notifications. Please note that data sync with Garmin devices is only accessible to users with MedM Premium membership.
