The VENU® SERIES wearables by Garmin can sync data with the MedM Health Diary app. Readings can be collected from the native Garmin Connect app and saved to the personal MedM health record on the user's smartphone or tablet. Data is additionally backed up to the MedM Health Cloud. The collected activity, excercise, heart rate, sleep, blood oxygen, respiration rate, and stress data can then be downloaded as a file or securely shared with other trusted MedM users: family members, caregivers, coaches, trainers, etc.

Users maintain full control over their health data and can at any time export the collected Garmin data history as a file, start to and stop sharing, or altogether delete it. All data in MedM Health Cloud is stored encrypted and cannot be accessed by MedM or any unauthorised party. 

For an improved health and wellness monitoring experience users have access to such tools as configurable reminders, thresholds, and notifications. Please note that data sync with VENU® SERIES devices is only accessible to users with MedM Premium membership.
