The VÍVOSMART® SERIES wearables by Garmin are integrated with the MedM Health Diary app. Readings can be synced from the native Garmin Connect app and saved to the user's MedM personal health record stored on their smartphone or tablet and, optionally, backed up to MedM Health Cloud. The collected readings - activity, excercise, heart rate, oxygen saturation, respiration rate sleep, and stress - can then be downloaded as a printable report or securely shared with trusted individuals, such as family members, doctors, coaches, and trainers.

Users maintain full control over their MedM health record and can at any time export the collected Garmin data history as a file, start to and stop sharing or altogether delete it. All data in MedM Health Cloud is stored encrypted and cannot be accessed by MedM or any unauthorised party. 

For the optimal health and wellness monitoring experience, users can set reminders, thresholds, and configure notifications.
