Geratherm® Cardio Connect BPM Mobile App for iOS and Android
The CE-cleared smart upper arm blood pressure monitor cardio connect by Geratherm® is integrated with the MedM Health Diary app. Readings can be automatically captured from the cardio connect meter and saved to the user's personal MedM health record on their smartphone or tablet and, optionally, backed up to MedM Health Cloud. Blood pressure measurements collected from the Geratherm® cardio connect unit can also be exported as a file, making it easy to share as an email attachment.
Users maintain full control over their health data, with the ability to export their measurement history at any time or delete it entirely. All data in MedM Health Cloud is stored encrypted and cannot be accessed by MedM or any unauthorized parties. MedM users also have the option to set reminders for taking measurements and/or medications, simplifying blood pressure monitoring.
Additionally, MedM Premium users can sync their cardio connect measurements with Apple and Google health ecosystems, and share access to their MedM health record with trusted MedM users (such as family members and caregivers). Premium members can also set thresholds to receive push or email notifications if blood pressure readings from the Geratherm® blood pressure monitor fall outside the set norm.

How to Connect Geratherm® Cardio Connect with MedM App

Open the app -> select Devices from the Tab Bar -> tap the "+" button to start Bluetooth discovery.

To enable pairing mode on cardio connect, press and hold the "START/STOP" button when the monitor is off; the Bluetooth symbol should then flash.

Once cardio connect is discovered by the app, tap on it, configure the device settings, and then tap Add to My Devices.

Upon successful pairing, the monitor's display should show "donE," and after a few seconds, the meter will automatically shut off.

The app will display a confirmation popup, and the paired cardio connect will be listed on the Devices screen.

Take a measurement on the BPM to collect new data in the app.
Please note that the app must be running in the foreground or background (configurable in settings) to collect data from cardio connect.
