i-SENS CareSens® N Plus BT Mobile App for iOS and Android
The CareSens® N Plus BT blood glucose monitor by i-SENS is integrated and can connect with MedM Health Diary app. Readings can be automatically captured from the CareSens® N Plus BT unit and saved to the smartphone or tablet of the user and optionally backed up to MedM Health Cloud. The collected CareSens® N Plus BT blood sugar measurements can then be securely shared with trusted individuals, such as family members and caregivers.
Users maintain full control over their health data and can at any time export the collected CareSens® N Plus BT measurements history as a file, start to and stop sharing or altogether delete it. All data in MedM Health Cloud is stored encrypted and cannot be accessed by MedM or any unauthorised party. Via MedM Health app, the recorded CareSens® N Plus BT measurements history can be synced with Apple Health and Google Fit.
Users can set reminders to help manage their blood glucose monitoring schedules and configure thresholds to receive push or email notifications when the readings collected from their CareSens® N Plus BT meter are too high or too low for the set norm.

How to Connect i-SENS CareSens® N Plus BT with MedM App
- Open the app -> from the Tab Bar select Devices -> tap the "+" button to start Bluetooth discovery
- With the meter turned off, press and hold the "▼" button for three seconds to enter the pairing mode
- The ᚼ and bT symbols will appear on the screen, and YES will blink at its bottom
- Press the "●" button on the meter's right panel to select YES. The pairing type number 2 and tYPE will appear, and the ᚼ symbol will blink at the top of the screen
- Once the CareSens® N Plus BT is discovered by the app - select it, configure device settings, and tap Add to My Devices
- Confirm the system pairing request on your mobile device
- Press the "●" button on the meter's right panel to confirm the pairing
- Upon successful pairing a corresponding popup will appear
- The paired CareSens® N Plus BT will be listed on the Devices screen
- Make a measurement to collect new data in the app
Please note that the app has to be running in foreground or background (configurable in settings) to receive new readings from the meter.
