i-SENS CareSens® TMB-2288-C Mobile App for iOS and Android

The CareSens® TMB-2288-C blood pressure monitor by i-SENS is integrated with MedM Health Diary app. Readings can be automatically captured from the CareSens® TMB-2288-C unit and saved to the smartphone or tablet of the user and optionally backed up to MedM Health Cloud. The collected CareSens® TMB-2288-C blood pressure measurements can then be securely shared with trusted individuals, such as family members and caregivers.

Users maintain full control over their health data and can at any time export the collected CareSens® TMB-2288-C measurements history as a file, start to and stop sharing or altogether delete it. All data in MedM Health Cloud is stored encrypted and cannot be accessed by MedM or any unauthorised party. Via MedM Health app, the recorded CareSens® TMB-2288-C measurements history can be synced with Apple Health and Google Fit.

Users can set reminders to help manage their blood glucose monitoring schedules and configure thresholds to receive push or email notifications when the readings collected from their CareSens® TMB-2288-C meter are too high or too low for the set norm.

How to Connect i-SENS CareSens® TMB-2288-C with MedM App

  • Open the app -> from the Tab Bar select Devices -> tap the "+" button to start Bluetooth discovery 
  • To enable the pairing mode on TMB-2288-C, when the monitor is off, press and hold the "MEM" button until the Bluetooth symbol starts flashing 
  • Once TMB-2288-C is discovered by the app - tap on the device's image, configure device settings, and then tap Add to My Devices
  • Upon successful pairing a corresponding popup will appear in the app and TMB-2288-C will display "Done"
  • The paired TMB-2288-C will be listed on the Devices screen
  • Make a measurement on the TMB-2288-C unit to collect new data in the app


Please note that the app has to be running in foreground or background (configurable in settings) to collect data from TMB-2288-C.
